Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through training. Understanding of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Perform professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with guests to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ambitious, self- starter mentality.
- Willingness to learn new product ins and outs, eager to improve
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license
